Shipping Policy
Order Processing
At Moto Jacket Hub, we strive to process and ship orders within 12-15 business days. Please be aware that shipments are not processed over the 16 business days. Expedited or Ground Express orders placed by noon (EST) will ship the same day; otherwise, they will ship the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times
For deliveries to the United Kingdom, EU, Europe, and North America with FedEx, DHL, UPS, or SkyNet, the estimated delivery time is 15-18 working days. Please remember that these are estimates and some deliveries may experience delays due to uncontrollable factors such as weather or unexpected carrier issues.
Delivery Tracking
After your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your package online once it has been picked up by our courier, typically within a few days. SkyNet, DHL, TNT, and CityLink handle deliveries. To track your order, click the link in your dispatch confirmation email and enter your tracking number.
Global Shipping Information
For international orders, your purchase may incur import duties and taxes imposed by your country before final delivery. These charges are not included in your shipping cost. You must comply with local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes, and fees. For an estimate of these fees, contact your local customs office. Please allow additional time for scans to update for international shipments, as they may take longer than the domestic timeframe of 24-48 hours. Free Shipping
Moto Jacket Hub offers FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE on all jackets. For countries outside of the UK, import duties and taxes are NOT included in the shipping cost. Please check your local government web page for details.

Delivery Timeframe
Typically, delivery takes 12-15 working days. In some cases, delivery may require additional time, but it is usually within 15 working days of ordering.
Missing Packages
We estimate a delivery time of 12-15 working days. If your package has not been delivered to you or a neighbor after this period, please check the tracking details we have provided. If there are still no updates, contact our customer service department at support@motojackethub.com so we can check on its status.
Order Tracking
Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is in the hands of the carrier. Please allow 24-48 hours for the initial scan to update. If it has been over 48 hours since the carrier picked up your package and there are still no updates, please contact customer service at motojackethub@gmail.com.
International Delivery
We deliver worldwide. Note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes and require a valid phone number for all deliveries.
