Our Commitment to Quality

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you're not satisfied, simply return any new, unused, and unaltered item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items returned after 30 days and up to 45 days will receive store credit. Please ensure that all items are in their original packaging and condition. Returns received after 45 days cannot be accepted.

Handling Returns

To return an item, place it in a sturdy shipping box; the original shipping container is acceptable, but please do not use the manufacturer's product box as the shipping container. This will ensure the package arrives undamaged. Any merchandise that has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to try on your boots on the carpet and your helmet indoors before taking them out on the bike.

Refunds and Shipping

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will cover only the item price paid, excluding any shipping, handling, duties, and other fees. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact us.

Exchanges Made Easy

For exchanges, simply return the item using your preferred carrier within 30 days and place a new order. We provide a prepaid shipping label for all exchange requests within the US (international orders excluded). We also offer discounted return labels for purchase if needed, but you are welcome to use a carrier of your choice.

Dealing with Damages and Defects

If your item arrives damaged or with manufacturing defects, contact us within three business days. Keep all packaging for inspection by the carrier. Most manufacturers offer warranties against defects, and Moto Jacket Hub merchandise with our tags comes with a 1-year warranty. Send the item along with your contact details and order number to our returns department for processing.
